Job Responsibility

  • Participate in the full selection and onboarding process for internship programs
  • Provide support to managers in defining profiles and key competencies for each vacancy
  • Participate in posting and promoting job opportunities across different channels
  • Collaborate in active search and talent attraction through various sources
  • Conduct initial screenings and manage first contact with candidates
  • Assist in coordinating the interview process between candidates and hiring managers
  • Support assessments, evaluations, and candidate follow‑up throughout the process
  • Contribute to preparing job offers and supporting onboarding processes
  • Keep the talent database updated and ensure proper management of all information
  • Contribute to identifying new talent sources, including relationships with universities and employer branding activities (networking, presentations, career fairs, etc.)

Requirements

  • Previous experience in recruiting, preferably within Advertising, Production, Marketing, or related environments
  • Interest and ability to work with various digital platforms and ATS tools
  • Demonstrates flexibility and agility, with strong problem‑solving skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • Interest in both global and local recruiting
