We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR Trainee to support the Human Resources team in day-to-day HR operations. This role offers hands-on exposure to core HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, HR documentation, and compliance, making it an excellent learning opportunity for fresh graduates or early-career professionals.
Job Responsibility:
Assist in sourcing and screening resumes through job portals and other channels
Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates
Support onboarding activities, including documentation and induction coordination
Maintain and update employee records and HR databases
Support attendance, leave records, and basic payroll coordination
Requirements:
Bachelors or Masters degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field
Basic understanding of HR concepts and practices
Willingness to learn and ability to work in a team
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Strong organizational and time-management skills
