The overall objective of the role is to improve the employee and manager experience when interacting with the HR technology solutions delivered by HRP&D with a focus on AI , Workday and ServiceNow systems. Support the HRP&D team to deliver technology design, updated functionality and re-engineering technology solutions ensuring the employee and manager experience within Workday and ServiceNow is at the foremost in design thinking.
Job Responsibility:
Responsible for the ensuring the effectiveness of technology solutions within the HR function utilizing AI, Workday and ServiceNow systems to design and enhance the Employee and Manager experience, managing a small team in identifying and testing new initiatives , working with the technology team and HR process owners to create innovative and systemic solutions
Identify priorities and opportunities for re-engineering, improved functionality and quality change management
Communicate effectively and present designs utilising data and different techniques to identify and understand users and their needs
Employ a wide range of skills, interviewing users, creating detailed requirements and plans. Using data, facilitating requirement-gathering workshops, presenting research findings to optimize the employee and manager experience
Understand and help resolve design-centric process and technology disconnects across varying levels of complexity and risk
Communicate effectively across the organisation, making complex and technical information simple and accessible for non-technical audiences
Lead usability testing, user research sessions and other evaluations as necessary to validate technical designs
Effectively partner with global development teams across multiple systems
Measure, monitor and report impact, timelines, budget and progress to senior stakeholders
Requirements:
Experience running global Technology Projects
Extensive background in user experience design
Extensive knowledge of HR functionality and usage in Workday and Service Now
Experience designing and leading requirement workshops to brainstorm, collaborate across multi disciplinary teams
