Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 8+ years of experience in HR technology, with at least 5 years focused on HRIS systems (Workday experience a plus)
  • Strong understanding and hands-on experience with various HR modules (recruiting, onboarding, performance, compensation, learning, reporting)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • fluent in English and Japanese (written and spoken)
  • Experience with incentive calculation and bonus schemes is highly beneficial
  • Project management skills and ability to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines
  • Experience with data analysis and reporting
  • Knowledge of global data privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA, etc.) is a plus
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
