Job Description:

Hybrid & Good WLB; International environment; Good working location

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in HR, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field
8+ years of experience in HR technology, with at least 5 years focused on HRIS systems (Workday experience a plus)
Strong understanding and hands-on experience with various HR modules (recruiting, onboarding, performance, compensation, learning, reporting)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
fluent in English and Japanese (written and spoken)
Experience with incentive calculation and bonus schemes is highly beneficial
Project management skills and ability to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines
Experience with data analysis and reporting
Knowledge of global data privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA, etc.) is a plus
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Nice to have:
