Job Description

This team owns the HR platforms at our client’s site. This team is responsible for HR platforms, including implementations of new features, capabilities and upgrades of software. The group recently upgraded their HRT platform and went live about 1.5 years ago. In addition to small projects carrying over from the aforementioned implementation, there are M/A-related projects and an implementation of an employee relations system. This person will be the main POC over the implementation of the employee relations system from a technical and implementation perspective. The vendor will provide a technical resource to be able to assist with features/possibility and process, but this role will be responsible for coordination of all efforts. There are currently three different systems for HR/ethical issues that may arise – with separate systems for customer complaints, internal employee complaints, and merchandise/store incidents. The new system will encompass all complaints/issues in a single platform with separate modules to accurately document specific incidents. Each module will go live at a different time and will be prioritized based on current vendor contracts and their expiration date. This role requires technical PM experience, specifically related to implementations of HR systems.
