This is a strategic and influential role for someone who wants to define, build, and evolve HR technology and AI capabilities -not simply manage existing systems.
Job Responsibility:
Define and drive the HR technology & AI strategy
Act as a strategic thought partner to HR and business leaders
Establish and evolve the HR technology architecture
Lead governance, ways of working, and prioritization for HR technology and AI initiatives
Build strong people analytics and workforce insights capabilities
Drive transformation, adoption, and change management
Collaborate across IT, Finance, Legal, Communications, and external partners
Requirements:
Strong IT or technology background
Degree within IT, computer science, engineering, or an MBA
Solid business acumen
Proven experience working with HR in transformation initiatives
Deep understanding of organizational processes, operating models, and business strategy
Led HR Tech and AI roadmaps and execution in an international context
Strong grasp of systems architecture and emerging technologies such as AI, APA, and cloud-based solutions
Demonstrated experience in project and program leadership
Experience across HR systems, integrations, data, analytics, and AI solutions
Driven, proactive, and confident
Analytical, data-driven mindset
Highly effective communicator and influencer
Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and manage stakeholders at all levels
