As our HR Tech Lead, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our IT systems and processes within the HR organization. This is a strategic and influential role for someone who wants to define, build, and evolve HR technology and AI capabilities -not simply manage existing systems.

Job Responsibility:

  • Define and drive the HR technology & AI strategy
  • Act as a strategic thought partner to HR and business leaders
  • Establish and evolve the HR technology architecture
  • Lead governance, ways of working, and prioritization for HR technology and AI initiatives

Requirements:

  • Strong IT or technology background
