Job Description:

We are looking for a success-driven HR/Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join our team in Moorpark, California. In this long-term contract role, you will play a crucial part in facilitating recruitment activities and enhancing employee engagement initiatives. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about supporting both candidates and employees.

Job Responsibility:

  • Document interview notes and candidate feedback accurately in Workday to ensure proper record-keeping
  • Monitor and update candidate workflows in Workday, adhering to established process standards and timelines
  • Collaborate with the Employee Social Committee to organize and execute company events that foster engagement
  • Assist with the Recognition Program by managing awards and coordinating related communications
  • Support the Talent Acquisition team with administrative tasks to streamline recruitment processes
  • Ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures throughout recruitment activities
  • Conduct background checks and facilitate onboarding processes for new hires
  • Maintain HRIS systems with up-to-date information to ensure seamless operations

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in talent acquisition or HR coordination
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Familiarity with Workday or similar HR systems is highly desirable
  • Ability to effectively prioritize multiple tasks in a dynamic work environment
  • Knowledge of HR compliance regulations and procedures
  • Experience with onboarding and background checks
  • Proficiency in HR administration and maintaining HRIS systems
