Are you a pro at finding the right people and keeping the HR engine running smoothly? We’re looking for an HR & TA Manager who is half "headhunter" and half "operations expert." In this role, you’ll lead our end-to-end recruitment while ensuring our daily HR processes are organized, compliant, and efficient.
Job Responsibility:
End-to-End Recruitment: Handle everything from sourcing and interviewing to sending out offers and managing the onboarding process
Direct Sourcing: Use your resourcefulness to find great talent directly, reducing our reliance on external agencies
HR Operations: Manage the payroll governance, leave management, and statutory compliance (EPF, SOCSO, LHDN)
Policy & Compliance: Keep our Employee Handbook updated and ensure all HR practices follow the latest Labour Laws
Requirements:
5–8 years of experience in HR and Recruitment
Highly organized and comfortable with payroll, statutory filings, and HR documentation
Proven track record of finding talent for fast-paced, project-based environments
Understand Labour Law and can give sound advice on employee relations and contracts
