Job Description

Our client is hiring a Core HR Systems Program Manager to support Phase 1 of its Oracle HCM implementation. This role will drive day-to-day functional delivery across Core HR, Talent, Compensation, and Reporting, partnering closely with HRIS, IT, business stakeholders, and system integrators.This is a hands-on execution role focused on requirements, coordination, and delivery—not overall program ownership.

Job Responsibility

  • Drive requirements finalization, issue resolution, and dependency management across Core HR
  • Partner with HRIS, SMEs, IT, Payroll, Talent, Compensation, and SI partners to ensure aligned delivery
  • Coordinate across data, reporting, integrations, testing, and cutover readiness
  • Facilitate working sessions to resolve design gaps and drive decisions
  • Maintain RAID logs, status updates, and executive-ready materials
  • Ensure Phase 1 scope discipline while capturing future enhancements

Requirements

  • Experience with Oracle Fusion HCM implementations (Core HR + related modules)
  • Strong knowledge of employee lifecycle processes and workforce structures
  • Proven ability to manage requirements, risks, testing, and stakeholders
  • Strong communication, facilitation, and documentation skills

Nice to have
