Job Description:

We are seeking an organised and detail‑oriented HR Systems & Data Specialist to support the end‑to‑end employee lifecycle through precise system management, high‑quality reporting, and responsive service delivery. The role focuses on data accuracy, employee records, system enhancements, HR reporting, and supporting payroll activities, whilst collaborating with a wide range of stakeholders across the business.

Job Responsibility:

  • Manage system‑related activities across the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, data changes, off‑boarding, and payroll‑related reporting
  • Support day‑to‑day HR operations with reliable system updates and administrative accuracy
  • Prepare weekly, monthly, and annual HR reports using multiple data sources and stored HR information
  • Respond to regular and ad hoc reporting requests from stakeholders
  • Handle off‑boarding processes and unpaid leave administration for departing team members
  • Drive continuous improvements in data integrity by partnering with key stakeholders and embedding accuracy within routine processes
  • Maintain and update employment records related to hiring, transfers, promotions, and terminations
  • Participate in system releases, conducting thorough User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure smooth implementation of new requirements and SF (SuccessFactors) fields
  • Guarantee that relevant documentation is updated and available for all HR systems and reporting processes
  • Deliver services within agreed SLAs for respective customer groups
  • Address and resolve employee enquiries linked to HR systems or data
  • Contribute to HR projects and initiatives related to HR systems and process enhancements
  • Review, update, and communicate changes to specific HR processes and procedures
  • Support payroll by providing accurate monthly HR data such as sick leave, unpaid leave, and leaver information

Requirements:

  • Skilled in stakeholder management with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels
  • Experienced in HR systems and advanced Excel usage
  • Holds a bachelor’s degree in Management Information Systems or Business Administration (HR specialisation preferred)
  • Brings 1–2 years of experience in HR operations or HR systems
  • Possesses strong MIS knowledge and customer service orientation
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
  • Familiar with SuccessFactors HR modules and EVO HR systems
