We are looking for a SuccessFactors specialist to drive the evolution of our global recruitment technology. Beyond system optimization, you will partner cross-functionally with HR and IS to deliver high-impact enhancements. As a strategic consultant, you will play a critical role in shaping our long-term HRIS roadmap, steering the integration of innovative technologies to elevate our global Talent Acquisition capabilities
Job Responsibility:
Provide expert day-to-day consultation and functional guidance for SuccessFactors Recruiting modules, ensuring optimal system performance
Partner with stakeholders to analyze complex requirements and translate them into robust solution designs, coordinating with technical teams for seamless execution
Oversee the troubleshooting and resolution of system issues, acting as the primary liaison with SAP support to maintain operational continuity
Collaborate on the validation of system enhancements and integration needs, ensuring rigorous testing and high-quality outcomes
Consult with global Talent Acquisition teams to identify strategic opportunities for process optimization and technological innovation
Define and maintain requirements for advanced reports and dashboards, guiding their development to deliver actionable Talent Acquisition insights
Develop and deliver comprehensive user training and professional documentation for HR and Talent Acquisition teams
Actively contribute to global HR technology projects and drive continuous improvement initiatives across the HRIS landscape
Requirements:
3–5 years of hands-on experience with SAP SF Recruiting modules
Deep understanding of global Talent Acquisition and HR workflows
Proven ability to review configurations, assess system impacts, and lead technical change coordination
Demonstrated success in consulting with stakeholders on complex system enhancements
Sharp problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach
Fluency in English with strong cross-functional collaboration skills
Experience with or a strong interest in leveraging AI to optimize HR technology
BSc / BA degree
