Job Description:

The University of Wolverhampton’s HR Team is seeking to recruit a HR Support Team Administrator, handling HR related queries from across the university by phone, email and our dedicated service desk.

Job Responsibility:

  • Handling HR related queries from across the university by phone, email and dedicated service desk
  • Key stages in the recruitment process including use of online E-recruiter system
  • Input of accurate information onto HR/Payroll system for new staff and monthly contract changes
  • Production of contracts of employment from template letters
  • Processing of Visiting Lecturer and casual appointments

Requirements:

  • Previous HR administration experience
  • Excellent administrative and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to build good working relationships
  • Ability to deliver excellent customer service
  • Effective keyboard skills including ability to enter data accurately into HR/Payroll system
  • Ability to prioritise work to meet regular deadlines
  • Knowledge of terms and conditions of employment, employment contracts and recruitment
