Robert Half is currently partnering with a Visalia-based organization who is adding an experienced HR Supervisor to support a dynamic, multi-shift operation. This role partners closely with leadership and frontline teams to drive consistency, accountability, and employee engagement across shifts. Job Responsibility:
Provide hands-on HR support across multiple shifts, including onsite presence as needed
Lead and support employee relations matters, including investigations, corrective action, and performance management
Partner with operations leaders to ensure consistent policy application across shifts
Support attendance management, compliance, and workplace standards
Serve as a visible HR presence for employees across all levels
Requirements:
Proven experience handling employee relations and investigations in a fast-paced environment
Ability and willingness to fluctuate schedule between morning and second shift to support operations
Strong working knowledge of HR policies, compliance, and best practices
Confident communicator able to work with hourly and leadership populations
Experience supporting multi-shift or high-volume operations strongly preferred
