Robert Half is currently partnering with a Visalia-based organization who is adding an experienced HR Supervisor to support a dynamic, multi-shift operation. This role partners closely with leadership and frontline teams to drive consistency, accountability, and employee engagement across shifts. This is a hands-on opportunity for an HR leader who thrives in fast-paced environments, enjoys being visible on the floor, and can confidently navigate employee relations, attendance, and performance matters across varying schedules. Job Responsibility:

  • Provide hands-on HR support across multiple shifts, including onsite presence as needed
  • Lead and support employee relations matters, including investigations, corrective action, and performance management
  • Partner with operations leaders to ensure consistent policy application across shifts
  • Support attendance management, compliance, and workplace standards
  • Serve as a visible HR presence for employees across all levels

Requirements:

  • Proven experience handling employee relations and investigations in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability and willingness to fluctuate schedule between morning and second shift to support operations
  • Strong working knowledge of HR policies, compliance, and best practices
  • Confident communicator able to work with hourly and leadership populations
  • Experience supporting multi-shift or high-volume operations strongly preferred
