IO Interactive is an independent video game development and publishing studio, best known for the HITMAN franchise and our most recent release, 007 First Light. Behind our game teams, strong support functions ensure that our people, systems, and processes scale efficiently. We are looking for a motivated Student Assistant to join our HR team and contribute hands-on to the people that power our studio. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience across a range of HR operations and employee experience activities within a global games studio environment, while working closely with the rest of the HR team to support day-to-day operations and learn how people processes come together in a multi-location organisation. The role is based in Copenhagen, Denmark on a Student Assistant contract of 15-20 hours per week, reporting to the HR Manager. We are looking for someone who can start as soon as possible, with the contract running through to March 2027.
Job Responsibility
Coordinate onboarding activities across multiple studio locations
Keep onboarding documentation and templates up to date
Help create a smooth and welcoming experience for new employees
Support HR tools such as JIRA and HiBob with updates and ongoing administration
Maintain employee records and help ensure data accuracy
Generate reports and update Confluence documentation as needed
Manage the HR inbox and support day-to-day team coordination
Assist with new workflows, processes, and general HR administration
Support local initiatives, benefits administration, and annual HR programmes when needed
Requirements
Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's programme, preferably in HR, Business Administration, or a related field
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Comfortable working across multiple digital systems and tools
Fluent English
Able to commit to 15 hours per week alongside studies
