Job Responsibility:
Administer employee records, HRIS data, and personnel files
Support onboarding, offboarding, and employee status changes
Coordinate benefits administration and assist with employee inquiries
Assist with payroll inputs, audits, and reporting
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment regulations
Support recruitment logistics, postings, and background checks
Prepare HR reports and assist with process improvements
Serve as a reliable point of contact for routine HR questions
Requirements:
1–3 years of experience in an HR Specialist, HR Coordinator, or similar role
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Working knowledge of HR compliance and best practices
Comfortable handling confidential information with professionalism
Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office
Associate or bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field preferred
