Mileway is looking to recruit a HR Specialist to become part of our HR team in Amsterdam. You will work on local and international HR topics where besides your hands-on mentality, your visionary mindset will help us grow further. We’re professionalizing our HR department and you can be part of this process, share your ideas and learn everything about setting up HR in an international scale-up environment. The purpose of your job is that with an eye for detail, accuracy and efficiency, together with your HR Specialists colleagues, you take care of streamlining, organizing, controlling and executing all HR administration for our European offices (the Netherlands, United Kingdom, Luxembourg, Germany, France, Italy, Spain, Sweden, Denmark, Finland and growing).
Job Responsibility:
Manage the full employee lifecycle: contracting, onboarding, and offboarding
Process monthly payroll mutations, review payroll output, and ensure accurate and timely salary payments
Serve as the first point of contact for employee HR-related queries
Support immigration and expat processes, including applications and compliance with local labor laws
Coordinate with external vendors on insurance, social security, pension, and other benefits
Maintain and improve our HRIS (SAP SuccessFactors) to ensure data accuracy and process efficiency
Handle digital personnel files, staff correspondence, contract changes, and general HR documentation
