Job Description:

We are offering a long term contract employment opportunity for a skilled HR Specialist in Superior, Wisconsin. This role operates within the industry, providing vital support to our team. The HR Specialist will be instrumental in managing recruitment processes, overseeing payroll, and administering benefits.

Job Responsibility:

Conduct phone screens and intake interviews as part of the recruitment process
Coordinate and schedule interviews with line managers
Manage job postings and review received applications
Oversee the completion of permanent employee paperwork and orientations
Handle weekly payroll tasks using Isolved software and liaise with the accounting manager
Administer benefits for new and current employees, including enrollment and changes
Maintain strong communication with team members and stakeholders
Utilize Office Suite for administrative tasks with high attention to detail

Requirements:

At least 1 year of relevant experience
Excellent communication skills
Expertise in benefits administration
Prior experience in payroll processing
Experience in creating and managing job postings
Must be adept at conducting permanent staff orientations
The ability to conduct phone screens
Experience in intake interviews
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
