We are looking for an experienced HR Specialist to join our team in Lewisville, Texas, on a long-term contract basis. This role involves supporting various HR functions, including recruitment, compliance, and policy development, while assisting with management-level projects. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in human resources processes and a strong ability to drive improvements within our organization.
Job Responsibility:
Oversee and manage recruitment activities, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding new employees
Evaluate current HR processes and identify opportunities for improvement, such as developing compliance checklists for onboarding and offboarding
Draft and revise HR policies to ensure alignment with organizational goals and legal standards
Collaborate on management-level projects aimed at enhancing HR systems and practices
Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and other applicable standards through proper documentation and reporting
Conduct audits to maintain adherence to HR and compliance policies
Monitor and analyze compliance metrics to identify areas for improvement
Support employee relations activities, providing guidance and resolving workplace issues
Utilize HRIS systems to manage employee data and track progress on HR initiatives
Prepare reports and documentation related to compliance and recruiting activities
Requirements:
Proven experience in HR administration and full-cycle recruiting
Proficiency in HRIS systems and data management
Strong knowledge of compliance standards, including HIPAA regulations
Ability to create and manage compliance documentation and reporting
Demonstrated success in policy development and implementation
Skilled in employee relations and conflict resolution
Excellent organizational and analytical abilities
Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate across departments
