We’re looking for an HR Specialist who can balance the administrative side of Human Resources with real employee interaction. This role sits right in the middle of HR operations, supporting everything from onboarding and compliance to employee relations and day-to-day HR support. Job Responsibility:
Support onboarding and offboarding processes, including documentation and system updates
Maintain accurate employee records and HRIS data
Assist with benefits administration and employee inquiries
Support employee relations matters and escalate as needed
Help ensure compliance with company policies and employment regulations
Assist with recruiting coordination, including scheduling and candidate communication
Prepare HR reports and support audits
Provide general HR support to employees and management
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred
Two to four years of HR experience
Knowledge of HR best practices and employment laws
Strong organizational and communication skills
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
Experience with HRIS systems (ADP, Paycom, BambooHR, etc.) preferred
