Job Responsibility:
Manage full-cycle onboarding, new hire orientation, and employee documentation
Serve as a go-to resource for employee questions and HR support
Assist with employee relations, coaching, and conflict resolution
Maintain accurate HR records and ensure compliance with policies and regulations
Support benefits administration, open enrollment, and employee communications
Coordinate training initiatives and track employee development
Partner with leadership on HR strategies and workforce planning
Assist with recruiting efforts including posting jobs, screening candidates, and scheduling interviews
Requirements:
2+ years of experience in a Human Resources role (HR Generalist or HR Specialist preferred)
Strong knowledge of HR practices, employment laws, and compliance
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Highly organized with strong attention to detail
Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and HRIS systems
Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field preferred
