This long-term contract position offers a unique opportunity to contribute to various HR processes, including onboarding, system support, and data management. The role requires a proactive individual with a keen eye for detail and strong organizational skills to help streamline workflows and enhance employee experience.
Job Responsibility:
Provide support for troubleshooting system access issues within the scope of permissions and escalate complex cases to the appropriate team
Oversee the job offer and onboarding processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance in data entry and documentation
Manage workflows related to pre-employment testing, I-9 verification, and onboarding activities
Maintain and update position information in SuccessFactors, ensuring data accuracy
Collaborate with managers and employees to resolve HR-related inquiries efficiently
Handle integration tasks between SuccessFactors and iCIMS, ensuring seamless data transfers
Address compensation-related questions, HR policy clarifications, and other ad hoc tasks as required
Monitor and contribute to ticket resolution, supporting a high-volume shared service environment
Assist with time management processes and provide guidance on HR-related software tools
Support gradual expansion of shared service responsibilities to optimize task distribution
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field
Minimum of 3 years’ experience in HR administration or shared services roles
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word
Familiarity with HRIS platforms such as SuccessFactors and iCIMS
Strong attention to detail and ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with managers and employees
Ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment
Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and employee relations processes
