Key Job Tasks/Responsibilities 1. Contributes to operational excellence in HR by efficiently and accurately executing processes related to employment compliance, payroll, absence management, time tracking, benefits administration, and employee data management. 2. Provides an excellent service experience when executing employee-facing processes. Serves as the initial point of contact for customers by receiving incoming requests via multiple methods for human resource-related information 3. Understanding the necessity and value of accuracy, the ability to complete tasks with high levels of precision. 4. Resolves customer requests by use of knowledge, FAQ database, scripts, tools, and necessary resources. 5. Meets established quality and volume goals (SLAs) by gathering and providing complete information, entering accurate data into required systems, and maintaining prompt response rates. 6. Participates in continuous improvement activities, identifying areas for process simplification and efficiency. 7. Knowledge of customer service concepts and techniques; ability to meet or exceed customer needs and expectations and provide excellent service directly or indirectly. 8. The position manages the completion of own work assignments and coordinates work with others. 9. Proficiency in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint Presentation (Mandatory) 10. Working experience in HR Shared Service with a minimum of 2 years of mandatory Workday system experience. 11. Should be willing to work from the office all 5 days of the week. 12. Experience in developing standard work process documentation
