JFrog is seeking a dynamic HR Specialist to join our India HR team. The HR Specialist will be responsible for providing HR support for the India business units. This is a role for someone who would be excited about contributing at a hands-on level and has a proven track record of driving results and managing great relationships. As an HR Specialist at JFrog, you’ll serve as an advisor to our business units, sculpting an employee journey that is as seamless as it is impactful. Collaborating with our global teams (HRIS & HROps), you will process cross-functional initiatives that scale our culture.
Job Responsibility:
Partner closely with employees and managers to help them with HR full life cycle activities
Focus on 'sensing' to bring valuable insights to HR management and JFrog business units
Facilitate onboarding, multiple ongoing employee lifecycle activities, and offboarding processes, collaborating with multiple teams to ensure a smooth transition for new hires and those departing
Analyze HR related data and create action plans that drive value to the business
Assist with the implementation and management of all HR policies and programs across the organization (employee relations, performance & talent management, org structure, training and development, and special projects)
Drive HR process improvement by gaining an understanding of current processes, evaluating their effectiveness, and making recommendations to improve efficiency and scalability
Support ongoing tasks and projects within the HR department
Requirements:
Education & Experience: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in relevant fields with over 3 years of experience as an HR Generalist or in Operations, preferably within a high-growth startup environment
Open Mindset: A result-driven approach with the resilience to navigate ambiguity and the agility to learn constantly
Operational Excellence: Proficiency in HRIS platforms and a sharp eye for detail
Influence: High EQ and exceptional communication skills to persuade, inspire, and build commitment across all levels
Proactive Problem-Solving: A 'get-it-done' attitude where you bring solutions, not just reports
Data-Driven Insights: Utilize HR analytics to identify trends (like retention or engagement) and provide actionable recommendations to the business
