Job Responsibility:
Provide backup support for a wide range of human resources functions, ensuring smooth departmental operations
Assist with talent acquisition efforts, including recruitment activities and onboarding processes
Serve as a backup for benefits administration, ensuring timely management of employee benefits
Organize and schedule training sessions to support employee development
Ensure compliance with Department of Health regulations and other applicable standards
Conduct audits of employee files and maintain accurate, organized records
Handle administrative tasks related to HR operations, contributing to overall team efficiency
Requirements:
At least 2 years of experience in human resources or equivalent internship experience with a relevant degree
Familiarity with HR functions in the healthcare or non-profit sector is a plus
Strong teamwork skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams
Proficiency in HR systems, such as Paylocity, and Microsoft Office applications
A degree in human resources or a related field is preferred, though relevant experience will be prioritized
Excellent organizational and communication skills
Ability to adapt to varying tasks and manage multiple priorities efficiently
Nice to have:
Familiarity with HR functions in the healthcare or non-profit sector is a plus
