HR Specialist

• Oversee onboarding procedures to ensure a seamless integration for new hires
• Maintain and update human resources information systems (HRIS) to keep accurate employee records
• Handle employee relations matters by addressing concerns and fostering a positive workplace environment
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations in all HR-related activities
• Provide administrative support for various human resources functions, including maintaining documentation and processing requests
• Collaborate with management to implement HR policies and improve workflows
• Monitor and analyze HR metrics to support decision-making and strategic planning
• Assist with training initiatives to promote employee development and compliance
• Respond to employee inquiries and provide guidance on HR policies and procedures

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in human resources administration
• Proficiency with HRIS systems for managing employee data
• Strong knowledge of onboarding processes and best practices
• Familiarity with HIPAA regulations and compliance standards
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for employee relations
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities

Experience in a manufacturing environment is a plus but not required
