Job Responsibility:
Administer employee benefits and support annual open enrollment
Maintain HR records and ensure compliance with legal requirements
Support recruitment efforts by reviewing resumes and scheduling interviews
Coordinate employee training programs and maintain participation records
Assist in payroll and performance management processes
Requirements:
3+ years of HR experience with focus in one or more specialties
Strong analytical and organizational skills
Working knowledge of HR laws and regulations
Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite
