We’re partnering with a leading global firm seeking a proactive and solutions-focused HR Specialist to join their Sydney CBD team. This permanent role is full-time, though a 4-day work week will be considered for the right candidate. It offers an exciting opportunity to manage day-to-day operations for the Sydney office while contributing to high-impact national HR initiatives.
Job Responsibility
Talent Acquisition: Assisting with end-to-end recruitment for lawyers and support staff, from sourcing and screening to interviewing and reference reporting
Graduate & Clerkship Campaigns: Overseeing the complete Summer Clerkship and Graduate Recruiting lifecycle, including campus event attendance and university brand promotion
WHS & Compliance: Coordinating WHS reporting, return-to-work programs, and implementing processes to align with upcoming psychological health regulations
Performance & L&D: Contributing to annual support staff evaluations alongside global project leaders and monitoring CPD/CLE professional development compliance
Culture & Engagement: Assisting with diversity & inclusion, CSR, staff surveys, and employee health and wellbeing programs
Requirements
You have experience in either a HR partnering or advisory role and are comfortable navigating a professional services environment
You bring sound judgment, exceptional communication skills, and a proven ability to build strong internal relationships and manage competing deadlines
You are solutions-focused, highly organised, and comfortable navigating modern HR systems
