Job Responsibility:
Help leaders and employees strengthen their skills through coaching and guidance
Build and deliver training sessions that genuinely move the needle
Support ongoing coaching and mentoring for managers and employees across the team
Identify growth gaps and recommend the right learning opportunities so employees can step into their next chapter
Keep a close read on morale, team dynamics, and how leaders are showing up, stepping in early when something needs attention
Roll out people programs that reinforce culture and help teams perform at their best
Lead the resolution of nuanced employee relations matters and workplace conflicts
Requirements:
Must have five or more years of HR or People and Culture experience with a strong focus on employee development and employee relations
must be bilingual Spanish
Steady under pressure and comfortable guiding leaders through tough conversations
Able to think at a high level while still getting the work done
Energized by helping people grow and setting teams up to thrive
