We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented HR Specialist to join our team in Oakland, California. In this role, you will oversee essential human resources functions such as recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and compliance, ensuring smooth operations and a positive workplace environment. Job Responsibility

  • Oversee the recruitment process, including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and facilitating the selection process
  • Coordinate comprehensive onboarding programs to integrate new hires into the organization effectively
  • Address employee concerns, mediate conflicts, and provide guidance on workplace issues
  • Develop, update, and enforce HR policies to ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations
