Job Description

We’re looking for a detail‑oriented and people-focused HR professional to support the centralized HR operations of our Polish entity. In this role, you will play a key part in delivering consistent, high‑quality human resources services within a shared services environment.

Job Responsibility

  • HR support for employees and managers, assisting with employee relations, policy interpretation, and HR-related inquiries
  • Coordinating onboarding and offboarding processes
  • Maintaining and updating employee data in the HR system (Workday), ensuring accuracy and compliance with applicable laws and company policies
  • Supporting the implementation of HR programs, including performance management, training, and employee development initiatives
  • Ensuring compliance with polish labor laws and company policies, providing support to employees and managers on legal and procedural matters
  • Supporting the management of employee benefits programs and collaborating with external providers to ensure timely and accurate administration
  • Assisting in preparing HR reports and metrics, such as employee turnover, training programs, etc.
  • Assisting in organizing and coordinating HR events, including employee engagement activities and training sessions
  • Participating in HR projects and process improvement initiatives to streamline operations and enhance employee experience
  • Supporting internal and external audits related to HR processes and employee records

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of general HR experience, including employee relations and HR administration
  • Intermediate English skills, with a focus on written communication
  • Good understanding of HR policies, Polish labor law, and compliance requirements
  • Experience with HR systems (e.g., Workday)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
  • Experience working with SharePoint as a document management and collaboration tool
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to respond professionally to HR inquiries
  • Proactive approach, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships across different levels of the organization
