Job Responsibility:
Support core HR functions including onboarding, employee relations, benefits administration, and HR compliance
Serve as a first point of contact for employee questions related to policies, procedures, and HR programs
Assist with recruiting activities such as job postings, interview coordination, and new‑hire processing
Maintain accurate employee records and HR systems
Support performance management, training initiatives, and employee engagement efforts
Ensure compliance with company policies, record retention, and applicable employment laws
Assist with audits, reporting, and special HR projects as needed
Requirements:
Previous experience in an HR Specialist, HR Coordinator, or similar role
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Organized, detail‑oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities
Working knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and compliance
