Job Responsibility:
Coordinate and support organizational development and training programs, including scheduling, logistics, and communications
Maintain accurate training and development records (schedules, attendance, materials, evaluations) and assist with reporting on outcomes
Support workshops, meetings, presentations, and employee engagement initiatives
Manage online documentation and respond to employee inquiries related to training, educational assistance, and development opportunities
Interpret and apply policies for training requests, travel, and educational assistance with attention to detail
Assist with special projects focused on process improvement, research, engagement, and training content creation
Help deliver training sessions and workshops that support employee growth and success
Partner with internal teams to strengthen HR processes and organizational effectiveness
Requirements:
Previous experience in Human Resources administration or a related field
Proficiency in HRIS systems and familiarity with onboarding processes
Strong knowledge of employee relations and development practices
Exceptional organizational and communication skills
Ability to analyze data and generate insightful reports
Detail-oriented with a focus on maintaining accurate documentation and records
Capability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a dynamic environment
Experience in coordinating events, workshops, or training sessions
