HR Specialist

• Work directly with a subfunction to deliver people plans aligned to the broader People agenda
• Support organisational design and change execution, including integration programmes and structural transitions
• Support employment cost forecasting and budgeting across
• Support employee relations cases and TUPE processes, ensuring legal compliance and business continuity
• Align cross-functional HR priorities, frameworks, and initiatives to enable consistent delivery and impact
• Champion inclusive practices and cultural transformation
• Collaborate with Centres of Expertise to embed consistent policies and frameworks
• Support the execution of strategic workforce planning and talent initiatives

• Prior experience operating within a HR Partnering role is required
• An analytical mindset, with prior experience of Excel and using data insights to paint a story is required
• Ability to manage senior stakeholders, with prior experience of managing complex, senior stakeholder groups is required
• The ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously, while maintaining high standards of quality is required
• An understanding of Employee Relations, with prior experience of managing ER cases, is required

CIPD qualification, or working towards, is desired
