As HR Specialist you will be accountable for supporting the delivery of all central HR activities within Consumer Operations. This is a broad HR generalist role, where you will support the delivery across reward, talent & development, employee relations, culture & engagement, diversity & inclusion initiatives. This is a stakeholder focussed role, where you will provide guidance to managers and employees while collaborating with HRBPs and other stakeholders.
Job Responsibility:
Work directly with a subfunction to deliver people plans aligned to the broader People agenda
Support organisational design and change execution, including integration programmes and structural transitions
Support employment cost forecasting and budgeting across
Support employee relations cases and TUPE processes, ensuring legal compliance and business continuity
Align cross-functional HR priorities, frameworks, and initiatives to enable consistent delivery and impact
Champion inclusive practices and cultural transformation
Collaborate with Centres of Expertise to embed consistent policies and frameworks
Support the execution of strategic workforce planning and talent initiatives
Requirements:
Prior experience operating within a HR Partnering role is required
An analytical mindset, with prior experience of Excel and using data insights to paint a story is required
Ability to manage senior stakeholders, with prior experience of managing complex, senior stakeholder groups is required
The ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously, while maintaining high standards of quality is required
An understanding of Employee Relations, with prior experience of managing ER cases, is required
Nice to have:
CIPD qualification, or working towards, is desired
