We are looking for a mid-level HR specialist to join our team and help us grow Bytex and its teams. Our new team member will manage end-to-end recruitment processes, as well as onboardings, offboardings, reviews and other HR matters. The ideal candidate will have solid experience in IT Outsourcing (technical recruiting, specifically) and exceptional interpersonal skills.
Job Responsibility:
Manage the full recruitment cycle, including job postings, sourcing, interviewing, scheduling technical discussions and presenting offers
Keep in touch with our colleagues throughout their Bytex journey through both formal and informal methods
Onboard new colleagues and hold exit interviews with those that decide to pursue different opportunities
Maintain close communication with the HR manager and the Customer Success team in order to ensure they are are up-to-date with the current recruitment status
Be the main point of contact for new customers who seek help closing their existing positions
Keep everything organized and updated by using our internal platforms
Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or similar
Minimum 3 years of experience in IT recruitment (software outsourcing)
Experience using all kinds of software (LinkedIn, Google Workspace, Jira, etc.)
Strong knowledge of the local IT market
Basic understanding of software engineering-related terms and technologies while also having the ability to handle non-technical roles
Ability to work independently while also collaborating with the HR team when needed
Strong desire for proactiveness, involvement and transparency
Eagerness to communicate with international stakeholders
Strong negotiation and persuasion skills
Fluent Romanian and English (writing and speaking – certificates are a plus)
Ability to work fully remotely and have discussions over Google Meet/Zoom/Webex, etc.
Ability to sometimes be in a “Hakuna Matata” state of mind
Nice to have:
Basic HR policies, local regulations and general HR law knowledge are a nice-to-have
HR certification (CIPD, SHRM or equivalent) is a plus
