Job Responsibility:
Support employee onboarding, offboarding, and personnel documentation
Assist with benefits administration, employee records, and HR compliance
Serve as a point of contact for employee questions related to HR policies and procedures
Help coordinate recruiting activities, interviews, and onboarding schedules
Maintain HR systems and reports with accuracy and confidentiality
Requirements:
Prior experience in an HR Specialist, HR Coordinator, or HR support role preferred
Strong knowledge of HR processes and best practices
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Comfortable working in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office
Detail-oriented, dependable, and able to handle sensitive information professionally
