Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced HR Specialist to join our team in Little Rock, Arkansas. This is a long-term contract position that offers the opportunity to contribute to key human resources operations and support employees effectively. The ideal candidate will excel in HR administration, employee relations, and compliance processes.

Job Responsibility:

Manage day-to-day HR administrative tasks, ensuring smooth and efficient operations
Oversee onboarding processes to provide a seamless experience for new employees
Maintain and update HRIS systems to ensure accurate and secure employee records
Address employee relations matters by providing guidance and resolving concerns
Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and other applicable laws
Support recruitment efforts by coordinating interviews and handling necessary documentation
Assist with the creation and implementation of HR policies and procedures
Conduct regular audits of HR records to ensure accuracy and compliance
Collaborate with other departments to address workforce needs and organizational goals

Requirements:

Proven experience in HR administration and employee relations
Proficiency in working with HRIS systems and maintaining accurate records
Familiarity with onboarding processes and recruitment practices
Strong understanding of HIPAA regulations and compliance requirements
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and discretion
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
