Job Description:

As part of our HR team, HR Specialists ensure efficient and accurate personnel administration, managing employee documentation, working‑time records, absences, and supporting the smooth daily operation of our people‑related processes.

Job Responsibility:

  • Execute HR administration in line with established procedures and company standards
  • Maintain personnel files and documentation across the employment lifecycle, including contract preparation, updates to terms, and archiving
  • Manage time & attendance data, ensuring accuracy, timely approvals, and consistency across HR systems
  • Administer absences and holidays and process other routine employee requests in accordance with policy
  • Coordinate with payroll and accounting to provide complete and accurate inputs for timely processing
  • Produce scheduled HR reports and data extracts (e.g., headcount, time & attendance summaries, employee changes) for operational use
  • Handle HR inquiries and frontline employee requests related to policies, documentation, and system records, escalating non‑standard cases per guidelines

Requirements:

  • 2-4 years of experience
  • Proficient in English at B1–B2 level
  • Requires a college or university degree or the equivalent work experience that provides exposure to fundamental theories, principles and concepts

Nice to have:

knowledge of additional languages, such as Ukrainian
