We are looking for a dedicated HR Specialist with expertise in payroll management to join our team in Beverly, Massachusetts. In this long-term contract role, you will play a vital part in ensuring accurate and efficient payroll processing, leveraging your knowledge of HR systems and software to support organizational goals. Job Responsibility:
Process full-cycle payroll operations, ensuring accuracy and compliance with applicable regulations
Manage payroll systems, specifically ADP Workforce Now, and troubleshoot any technical issues
Maintain and update payroll data within HRIS systems to ensure accuracy and security
Collaborate with HR and finance teams to streamline payroll-related activities and resolve discrepancies
Generate payroll reports and provide analysis to support decision-making processes
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll laws and guidelines
Assist in onboarding new employees by setting up payroll profiles and explaining payroll policies
Address employee inquiries related to payroll and benefits in a timely and thorough manner
Identify opportunities for improvement in payroll processes and implement solutions
Stay informed about changes in payroll and HR regulations to ensure ongoing compliance
Requirements:
Proven experience in full-cycle payroll processing
Proficiency in ADP Workforce Now and other human resources software
Strong understanding of HRIS systems and their functionalities
Solid knowledge of payroll laws and regulations at the federal, state, and local levels
Excellent organizational and time-management skills
Ability to analyze payroll data and generate accurate reports
Effective communication skills to address employee concerns and coordinate with teams
High attention to detail and commitment to maintaining confidentiality
