HR Specialist to support the full employee lifecycle and ensure seamless HR operations. In this role, you'll be the bridge between employees and leadership — managing data accuracy, compliance processes, and talent programs that keep the organization running smoothly.
Job Responsibility:
Manage and update HR databases and employee records in accordance with compliance standards
Assist with payroll review, compensation tracking, and benefits administration
Partner with managers to address employee relations issues with professionalism and care
Coordinate training sessions, performance reviews, and internal communication
Support recruitment, onboarding, and new hire orientation programs
Assist with audits, HR reporting, and special projects
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
2-3 years of experience in HR support or specialist-level work
In-depth understanding of HR compliance, California labor laws, and reporting standards
Excellent communication, confidentiality, and organizational skills
Familiarity with HRIS systems and strong Excel proficiency
