We are looking for a dedicated HR Specialist to manage key aspects of human resources operations, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and compliance with HR policies. This role requires a proactive individual who can effectively handle multiple tasks in a dynamic environment while maintaining a focus on employee well-being and organizational goals. This is a long-term contract position based in Seattle, Washington.
Job Responsibility:
Coordinate and execute recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate screening, and interview scheduling
Manage onboarding activities to ensure new employees are fully integrated into the organization
Address employee inquiries and resolve workplace issues to promote a positive work environment
Maintain compliance with HR policies and regulations, including HIPAA requirements
Administer compensation and benefits programs, ensuring accuracy and timely processing
Oversee updates and management of HRIS systems to maintain accurate employee records
Provide guidance to managers and team leads on employee relations matters
Conduct regular audits of HR practices to ensure adherence to organizational standards
Collaborate with other departments to support company-wide HR initiatives
Develop and implement strategies to enhance employee engagement and retention
Requirements:
Proven experience in human resources administration, including recruiting and onboarding
Familiarity with HRIS systems and ability to manage employee data efficiently
Strong knowledge of employee relations and conflict resolution techniques
Understanding of HIPAA regulations and ability to ensure compliance
Experience in administering compensation and benefits programs
Exceptional organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
Strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact with employees at all levels
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information responsibly
