Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated HR Specialist to manage key aspects of human resources operations, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and compliance with HR policies. This role requires a proactive individual who can effectively handle multiple tasks in a dynamic environment while maintaining a focus on employee well-being and organizational goals. This is a long-term contract position based in Seattle, Washington.

Job Responsibility

  • Coordinate and execute recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate screening, and interview scheduling
  • Manage onboarding activities to ensure new employees are fully integrated into the organization
  • Address employee inquiries and resolve workplace issues to promote a positive work environment
  • Maintain compliance with HR policies and regulations, including HIPAA requirements
  • Administer compensation and benefits programs, ensuring accuracy and timely processing
  • Oversee updates and management of HRIS systems to maintain accurate employee records
  • Provide guidance to managers and team leads on employee relations matters
  • Conduct regular audits of HR practices to ensure adherence to organizational standards
  • Collaborate with other departments to support company-wide HR initiatives

Requirements

  • Proven experience in human resources administration, including recruiting and onboarding
  • Familiarity with HRIS systems and ability to manage employee data efficiently

  • Understanding of HIPAA regulations and ability to ensure compliance
  • Experience in administering compensation and benefits programs
  • Exceptional organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
