Job Description:

As HR Specialist you will be responsible for the delivery of HR generalist activities across Vodafone Business. This is a broad, HR generalist role, where you will lead on HR delivery across reward, talent & development, employee relations, culture & engagement, diversity & inclusion initiatives. This is a stakeholder focussed role, where you will provide guidance to managers while collaborating with HRBPs and other stakeholders.

Job Responsibility:

  • Supporting delivery of the functional people plans aligned to the broader People agenda
  • Support organisational design and change execution, including integration programmes and structural transitions
  • Support employment cost forecasting and budgeting across
  • Support employee relations cases and TUPE processes, ensuring legal compliance and business continuity
  • Align cross-functional HR priorities, frameworks, and initiatives to enable consistent delivery and impact
  • Champion inclusive practices and cultural transformation
  • Collaborate with Centres of Expertise to embed consistent policies and frameworks
  • Support the execution of strategic workforce planning and talent initiatives

Requirements:

  • A self-starter with the ability to work independently, manage own time and take initiative is required
  • The ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities and delivering to a high standard is required
  • Ability to manage senior stakeholders, with prior experience of managing a variety of stakeholder groups is required
  • Prior experience operating within a HR generalist role is required
  • Understanding of relevant employment-related regulations, legislation and practices is required
