As HR Specialist you will be responsible for the delivery of HR generalist activities across Vodafone Business. This is a broad, HR generalist role, where you will lead on HR delivery across reward, talent & development, employee relations, culture & engagement, diversity & inclusion initiatives. This is a stakeholder focussed role, where you will provide guidance to managers while collaborating with HRBPs and other stakeholders.
Job Responsibility:
Supporting delivery of the functional people plans aligned to the broader People agenda
Support organisational design and change execution, including integration programmes and structural transitions
Support employment cost forecasting and budgeting across
Support employee relations cases and TUPE processes, ensuring legal compliance and business continuity
Align cross-functional HR priorities, frameworks, and initiatives to enable consistent delivery and impact
Champion inclusive practices and cultural transformation
Collaborate with Centres of Expertise to embed consistent policies and frameworks
Support the execution of strategic workforce planning and talent initiatives
Requirements:
A self-starter with the ability to work independently, manage own time and take initiative is required
The ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities and delivering to a high standard is required
Ability to manage senior stakeholders, with prior experience of managing a variety of stakeholder groups is required
Prior experience operating within a HR generalist role is required
Understanding of relevant employment-related regulations, legislation and practices is required
