You will support core human resources functions including employee relations, onboarding, HR administration, and compliance. This role plays a key part in supporting employees and managers while ensuring HR processes run smoothly and accurately.
Job Responsibility:
Support employee relations, onboarding, and offboarding processes
Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation
Assist with benefits administration, leave of absence tracking, and HR inquiries
Support compliance with employment laws, policies, and procedures
Coordinate training, audits, and HR reporting as needed
Partner with managers to resolve HR-related questions
Requirements:
2+ years of human resources or HR support experience
Knowledge of HR policies, employment law, and best practices
Experience with HRIS systems (UKG, ADP, Workday, or similar preferred)
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
Strong communication, organization, and attention to detail
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information
