HR Specialist / Generalist (French Speaking)

• Onboarding & Compliance: Handling DPAE filings, work authorizations for non-EU staff, and ensuring all new hire files are audit-ready
• Contract Management: Drafting employment contracts and amendments (NAO, retirement, transfers) in line with legal and group standards
• HRIS Administration: Managing the full employee lifecycle in Workday—from hiring and job changes to absences and final settlements (STC)
• Employee Support: Managing benefits (meal vouchers, transport), salary advances, and medical visit scheduling
• Early Careers: Driving the admin side of work-study programs, including Cerfa forms, OPCO/AKTO follow-ups, and school invoicing

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources
• 3 to 5 years in a similar HR Generalist or Administrative role
• Strong knowledge of French Labor and Social Law
• Proficiency in Workday and ServiceNow is a major plus
• Professional fluency in both French and English
• You must already possess the legal right to work in Hungary
• Operational Excellence: You know how to implement and follow strict HR procedures
• Digital Fluency: You’re comfortable navigating complex HRIS environments like Workday
• Legal Drafting: You can translate legal requirements into clear contractual documents
