Job Description:

Working within the Centre of Expertise (COE), HR Employment Function, you will be involved in an assignment that enables HR strategies to be translated into action in the most effective and efficient manner.

Job Responsibility:

Support the HR Performance Manager in an initiative of a review process on job roles within the organisation to secure clear accountability and responsibility
Supporting the pre-implementation phase
Working on tasks set against timeline
Assisting in organizing and maintaining documents
Participating in meetings and any other related duties as assigned from time and time

Requirements:

Degree in Human Resource, Mass Communications, Information Technology, Law, or an equivalent field
Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills
Good time management and organisational skills
Proactive attitude and enthusiasm for learning
Good interpersonal skills and can build strong working relationships at all levels
Trustworthy, honest, self-reliant, and independent
Enjoy working in a fast-paced work environment
