Job Description

Program Delivery: Support the delivery of global learning programs across virtual and in-person formats, ensuring engaging and well-structured learning experiences. Training Needs Analysis: Support data collection and feedback processes through surveys, stakeholder inputs, and learner feedback to identify capability development needs. Program Coordination: Manage program logistics including scheduling sessions, participant registrations, communications, venue arrangements, and preparation of training materials. Learning Governance & Reporting: Assist with the preparation of reports, dashboards, and presentation materials to track program progress and learning metrics. Vendor Coordination: Coordinate with external learning vendors and maintain documentation related to consultants, content providers, and training partners. Process Compliance: Ensure learning programs and processes align with global policies, standards, and internal guidelines.
