Job Responsibility
Coordinate recruiting efforts, scheduling, and candidate communication
Maintain compliance records and employee documentation
Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes
Support HR audits and reporting requirements
Track training, certifications, and compliance deadlines
Respond to employee questions and HR inquiries
Maintain HR systems and data accuracy
Assist with policy updates and documentation
Requirements
2–4 years of HR or administrative experience
Knowledge of HR compliance and documentation processes
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to handle confidential information professionally
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems
Strong written and verbal communication skills
