We are looking for an HR Sourcer to join our team in North Little Rock, Arkansas. Job Responsibility

  • Utilize job boards, social media platforms, and networking events to source potential candidates
  • Conduct initial screenings of candidates provided by internal recruiters to assess qualifications and fit
  • Develop innovative strategies to increase candidate engagement and traffic
  • Maintain accurate records by inputting applicant information and tracking their progress in the system
