Job Responsibility:
Utilize job boards, social media platforms, and networking events to source potential candidates
Conduct initial screenings of candidates provided by internal recruiters to assess qualifications and fit
Develop innovative strategies to increase candidate engagement and traffic
Maintain accurate records by inputting applicant information and tracking their progress in the system
Collaborate with other departments to understand and fulfill their staffing requirements
Work independently to manage high-volume recruitment efforts across different areas of the business
Support compliance with HR policies and procedures during the recruitment process
Identify opportunities to improve sourcing methods and recruitment outcomes
Build relationships with candidates to ensure a positive experience throughout the hiring process
Requirements:
Proven experience in recruitment sourcing or a related HR function
Familiarity with HRIS systems and data entry processes
Knowledge of HR compliance regulations and best practices
Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
Ability to handle high-volume recruitment effectively
