Our client is a stable industry-leading American multinational corporation, who is looking for a new HRSS Coordinator colleague with English and French language knowledge. If you would like to use your language knowledge and have previously gained similar experience, this could be a great opportunity for you.

Job Responsibility:

  • Process Management & Compliance: Facilitate and coordinate various HR tasks (e.g., onboarding) through consistent application of standardized processes. Implement robust process controls to ensure data accuracy and adherence to company policies/regulations
  • Operational Support: Prioritize ongoing operational tasks, including managing employee data updates and responding to inquiries from employees and managers
  • System and Analytics: Apply technical knowledge (HR systems expertise, e.g., Salesforce) and analytical skills (Excel proficiency) to resolve issues, monitor automated tools, and identify trends requiring intervention or escalation
  • Continuous Improvement: Evaluate current workflows, recommend, and implement improvements to increase efficiency and enhance the overall employee experience. Ensure all relevant Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) are accurate and regularly updated
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with teams such as Talent Acquisition and Payroll Operations on initiatives impacting shared service delivery outcomes
  • Reporting: Assist Manager/Supervisor with reporting requirements tied to key metrics measuring the success rates of shared service activities

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in English and French
  • Proficiency in MS Excel including creation/use of Pivot Tables
  • Previous experience in an HR related or administrative role in a multinational environment
  • Critical thinking
  • Demonstrated capability handling large datasets efficiently under tight deadlines/time constraints
  • Strong multitasking abilities—managing multiple priorities/projects/customers simultaneously at high service levels expected
