Job Responsibility:
Provide day-to-day administrative support to a number of hotels across the full range of HR activity
Manage employee lifecycle administration
Maintain HR systems
Ensure accurate and timely processing of key documentation
Be the first point of contact for HR queries
Support wider HR processes such as onboarding, compliance checks, reporting and data integrity
Requirements:
Experience in an HR administrative role or hospitality professional with a passion for the people side of things
Organised, proactive and comfortable managing multiple priorities
Strong communication skills
Attention to detail
Commitment to confidentiality
Ability to deliver great customer service to a range of stakeholders
