Join our dynamic People Services team as a People Services Advisor! You will be the first point of contact for our managers and employees, ensuring HR-related queries are handled swiftly and accurately.

Job Responsibility:

  • Responding to incoming calls and tickets from the HR department
  • Providing accurate information on HR policies and procedures, coaching staff to empower them for future self-service
  • Using Workday and Microsoft Office to maintain and update HR data efficiently
  • Escalating complex queries to appropriate HR teams as needed
  • Upholding high standards of customer service in all communications
  • Collaborating with team members for effective information flow
  • Participating in training sessions to stay updated on HR practises
  • Supporting continuous improvement initiatives within the team

Requirements:

  • A good understanding of HR basics through experience in a team
  • Customer-focused experience, ideally in a shared services environment
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to build relationships at all levels
